Principal Customer Success Manager – U.S. Enterprise SaaS Platform | Remote

🔹About the role:
We are looking for a strategic, high-impact Principal Customer Success Manager to lead relationships with our most important enterprise customers and drive long-term business value.
This is not a traditional support role—it is a leadership position focused on customer retention, expansion, executive stakeholder management, and building trusted partnerships that directly influence growth.
As the primary point of contact for key accounts, you will work closely with customers from implementation through long-term success, ensuring adoption, value realization, and strong executive alignment.

We are a fast-growing US-based SaaS company specializing in petroleum logistics and fuel dispatch software for fuel distributors and marketers. Our cloud-based platform helps streamline dispatch, delivery tracking, invoicing, driver management, and operational workflows, driving efficiency, scalability, and long-term customer success.
🔹 What You’ll Own
• End-to-end ownership of strategic customer accounts
• Executive stakeholder management and trusted advisor relationships
• Customer adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities
• Risk identification, escalation management, and issue resolution
• QBRs, executive reviews, and long-term success planning
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Support teams
• Customer feedback loops to influence product improvements
🔹 What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Enterprise SaaS relationships
• Proven ability to manage high-value enterprise accounts
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with global stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with strong ownership and execution mindset
• Ability to handle complex conversations with confidence and clarity
• High accountability, structure, and customer-first thinking
