As a principal consultant at Evalueserve, you will play a key role in collaborative, cross functional teams, working closely with clients to transform their business models, helping them stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market and embrace the digital future. Key Responsibilities
• Thought Leadership & Innovation
• 10+ years of experience in the field of Business Research, Program Management with minimum
• 5 years of consulting experience from premier or boutique management consulting firms or corporate strategy role
• Should have great analytical capability – should be able to structure business problems and can take framework-based approach to solve the same
• Support senior team members/individually engage with senior stakeholders in client organizations to understand the big-picture and accordingly carve out the consulting/strategy solutions
• Should be able to work hands-on to drive to most practical outcomes and high quality in all aspects of day to day work
• Cross-collaboration – Can work in tandem with parallel teams such as data analytics and business research to develop a joint solution and convey the results convincingly
• Can pro-actively identify challenges from key engagements and develop innovative solutions/frameworks in the area of business/GTM strategy to address client problems
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills - ability to convey business value propositions
• Prior experience of working closely with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
Core Competencies
• Seasoned consulting and business research professional with a strong focus on Information Technology and Communication /Telecom industry.
Flair to work across different sectors within the Information Technology and Communication value chain
• Good knowledge of upcoming trends and innovations
• Strong business acumen o Proven track record in working creatively and analytically in a problem- solving environment
• Outstanding track record of managing teams/people
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills - ability to convey business value propositions to client stakeholders.
• Graduation degree required with strong academic credentials MBA form a premier B-school (preferable) Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university; advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
