- Experience 7 - 15 years
- Strong hands-on experience in Process Mining (Celonis)
- Expertise in SQL and data engineering concepts
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Knowledge of process analysis and optimization techniques
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Process Mining (Celonis) implementations
- Work with ERP data (SAP ECC / S4HANA / Oracle)
- Build and manage event logs (Case ID, Activity, Timestamp)
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive optimization
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Mentor and guide data engineers and analysts
