Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Principal overseeing the management and operations of a CBSE-affiliated school located at Narpoli, Bhiwandi, District Thane. The Principal will be responsible for developing and implementing school policies, supervising teachers and administrative staff, overseeing curriculum delivery, and maintaining a high standard of education. He/She should also engage with students, parents, and community stakeholders to foster a positive school culture and ensure academic and administrative excellence. The incumbent should possess minimum 3 years experience in the role of the Principal in any of the CBSE School.

Salary & Emoluments: Approx. Rs. 7,20,000/- Per Annum

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in educational institutions, with abilities in team management, motivation, and decision-making.
• Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum, school operations, and policy implementation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interactions with students, parents, faculty, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in planning and administrative tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Commitment to fostering a learner-centric environment that promotes the academic and personal development of students.
• Master's degree in Education or a related field; additionally, B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualifications required.
• Experience in working with CBSE-affiliated schools is strongly preferred.
