Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Principal role based in Zaheerabad. The Principal will oversee the academic and operational management of the school, including leading and mentoring faculty, developing and implementing educational programs, and ensuring compliance with CBSE guidelines. The role also involves fostering a positive learning environment, managing resources, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and promoting the holistic development of students.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills, including strategic planning and team management
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with curriculum development and knowledge of CBSE guidelines
- Commitment to fostering holistic education, including academics, extracurricular activities, and personal growth
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Education or a related field
- Prior experience as a Principal or in a similar leadership role within an educational institution
- Understanding of and ability to utilize modern educational technologies and pedagogical practices
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance
