Role Description

This full-time, on-site Principal role is based in Chennai. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the school's academic and administrative functions, ensuring adherence to educational standards, and fostering a positive educational environment. Key responsibilities include providing leadership to teachers and staff, developing curricula, managing budgets, maintaining discipline, and fostering strong relationships with students, parents, and the broader school community. The Principal will also play a strategic role in ensuring the holistic development of students and the overall performance of the institution.

Candidate must have MSc with BEd. With min 4 years as CBSE school principal and willing to relocate with family

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
• Experience in curriculum development, educational policy, and program implementation
• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of educational standards and regulations in Tamil Nadu, and experience with academic compliance
• Master's degree in Education or a related field; a Ph.D./Ed.D. is preferred
• Previous experience in a leadership role within an educational institution is a significant advantage
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and high-performing learning environment
