The Coral School, established in 2016, provides quality education to children aged 2 to 16 across Pre-School, Primary, Middle, and Secondary sections. Located in the rural and semi-urban areas of Maharashtra, the school primarily serves students from villages within a 15 km radius. These areas extend across Bhiwandi, Shahapur, Kalyan, and the rural regions of Thane district, striving to make education accessible to the community.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Principal at The Coral School, located in Borivali-Padgha. The Principal will oversee the academic and operational functions of the school, lead and mentor faculty and administrative staff, develop and implement educational programs, and maintain a nurturing environment for students. Responsibilities include managing budgets, fostering relationships with parents and local communities, and ensuring compliance with educational standards and policies while upholding the school’s vision and values.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire staff and students
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities, including budget management and operational planning
• Proven experience in curriculum development and implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the local community
• Knowledge of educational policies, standards, and regulations
• Master's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in school leadership or equivalent roles
• A commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Experience working in rural or semi-urban educational settings is a plus
