Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Principal at the PW Hyderabad center. The Academic Principal will oversee academic programs, ensure high-quality curriculum delivery, and guide faculty in achieving excellence. Key responsibilities include monitoring student progression, implementing policies to drive educational success, providing strategic leadership for curriculum development, and representing the institute during academic events. Collaboration with management, mentorship of teaching staff, and staying updated on educational trends will also be key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong academic leadership skills, including strategic planning and policy implementation
- Proficiency in curriculum development and staff development methodology
- A deep understanding of educational standards, trends, and regulations
- Experience in leading teams and mentoring faculty for professional growth
- MA English, MA Sanskrit, MSc, + strong academic record.
- 5+ years of experience in college/school ecosystem, with several years in a leadership, role (especially in JEE/NEET/Foundation coaching).
- Proven track record in improving results in JEE/NEET/Foundation batches, managing large student volumes, and handling parent expectations in metro markets.
- Planning and monitoring annual, monthly, and weekly academic planners for JEE/NEET/Foundation batches, ensuring timely syllabus completion, doubt support, and test schedules.
- Strong English/Hindi communication, ability to handle parents, students, and central PW team; comfort with tech-enabled systems and reporting.
- People working with International Schools, State CBSE schools with good reputation, State IPE board colleges can apply for this role.
- Should be able to teach English or Sanskrit or Maths.
