Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Principal at Our India International School. The Principal will oversee the academic and operational management of the school, lead curricular and co-curricular programs, and ensure alignment with institutional goals. Responsibilities include managing staff, fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and the community, developing strategic plans, and ensuring educational excellence in all aspects of school management.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of educators
• Proficient in curriculum planning, development, and implementation
• Experience in educational research, assessment, and instructional methods
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative skills
• Ability to develop and oversee co-curricular programs to support student growth
• Background in education administration and policy preferred
• A Master's degree or higher in Education, Leadership, or a related field is required
• Familiarity with remote and hybrid learning strategies is an added advantage
