Qualifications
- Strong educational leadership skills, including experience in school administration, staff supervision, and academic planning.
- Proficiency in curriculum development, assessment strategies, and instructional best practices across grade levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities for engaging learners, families, faculty, and community partners.
- Demonstrated capability in student welfare, behavior management, and creating a safe, inclusive, and values-based learning environment.
- Solid organizational, budgeting, and resource management skills, with attention to regulatory compliance and school operations.
- Ability to lead change, implement improvement initiatives, and use data and feedback to guide decision-making.
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a master’s degree in education or a related field, and prior experience as a Principal or senior school leader.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, child protection norms, and ongoing professional development.
