Job Title: School Principal
Location: MNR School of Excellence, Kamote, Mumbai
Position Overview:
MNR School of Excellence is seeking a dynamic and experienced School Principal to lead and manage academic and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high educational standards, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring overall institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve academic excellence.
- Oversee day-to-day school operations, including academics, administration, and discipline.
- Develop and implement curriculum plans in alignment with educational standards and board requirements.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for students.
- Monitor student performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Build strong relationships with parents, stakeholders, and the community.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and educational policies.
- Manage budgets, resources, and infrastructure efficiently.
- Promote co-curricular and extracurricular activities for holistic student development.
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate Degree (Mandatory)
- B.Ed (Mandatory)
- Ph.D. (Preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the education sector
- Proven experience as a Principal/Vice Principal or in a senior leadership role
- Experience working in reputed schools is mandatory
