Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Principal at Jinvani Management College, located in Arrah. The Principal will oversee daily academic and administrative operations, ensuring the institution achieves its educational objectives. Responsibilities include leading faculty development, creating academic policies, managing administrative functions, fostering student success, maintaining compliance with educational standards, and representing the institute in public and professional settings. The Principal will also liaise closely with staff, students, and stakeholders to maintain a high standard of education and institutional growth.
Qualifications
- Leadership and administration skills, including strategic planning, decision-making, and team management.
- In-depth knowledge of curriculum development, instructional methods, and evaluation techniques.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with faculty and staff mentoring, motivation, and professional development.
- Familiarity with education regulations, compliance standards, and accreditation processes.

- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Education Administration, Management, or a related field is required; additional certifications in educational leadership are an advantage.
- Proven experience in a leadership role in an educational institution, preferably in management or related disciplines.
