Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhuj for a Principal at Chanakya College of Physiotherapy. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing academic programs, maintaining high educational standards, and providing strategic leadership for the institution. Key responsibilities include supervising faculty, designing curriculum, collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen the institution's vision, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing administrative operations, mentoring students and staff, and promoting professional development within the college. Qualifications
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills to provide strategic direction and ensure operational efficiency
- Ability to mentor and guide faculty and staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Expertise in academic program management, curriculum development, and regulatory compliance in a physiotherapy or healthcare education setting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on engaging effectively with students, staff, and external stakeholders
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field; advanced academic and professional qualifications preferred
- Proven experience in academic leadership roles, with a track record of maintaining high educational standards and student success
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adapting to emerging trends in physiotherapy education
