Role Overview
Kings & Alliance LLP invites applications from a self-driven corporate-commercial lawyer to build and lead the General Corporate vertical. The candidate must be capable of independently originating work, onboarding clients, handling client relationships and executing mandates with minimal supervision.
The relationship will be structured on a Revenue-linked Engagement, Kings & Alliance LLP has its established office infrastructure, institutional platform, administrative and secretarial support, support staff, tech and junior-lawyer resources.
Core Requirements
• 7 years approx. of post-qualification experience in General Corporate Advisory, Merger and Acquisitions, Commercial Contracts, Due Diligence, Transaction Support, FEMA / FDI, Corporate Governance and Regulatory Documentation with strong drafting and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to guide juniors, maintain document discipline, manage timelines and handle clients directly.
• Entrepreneurial approach, commercial judgment and willingness to build the practice area from start within the firm on long term basis.
