Pant & Co has been mandated by a leading full-service law firm to recruit a Principal Associate for their leading law firm for their M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital practice in Mumbai.
This is a high-impact role designed for a practitioner who thrives on technical precision and strategic execution within India's most active deal-making landscape.
The Role: End-to-End Transaction Leadership
We are looking for a specialist who can command the entire deal lifecycle. From initial structuring and complex due diligence to the final stroke of a closing, you will be the driving force behind sophisticated domestic and cross-border mandates.
The Candidate Profile
- Expertise: 6-7+ years of PQE with a dedicated focus on M&A, PE, or VC transactions at a top-tier or specialized boutique firm.
- Transaction Mastery: Proven ability to lead end-to-end deal flows, including drafting and negotiating agreements with minimal oversight.
- Strategic Leadership: Currently based in (or willing to relocate to) Mumbai, with the capacity to manage high-stakes client relationships and mentor a high-performing team of associates.
