Principal Architect – AI-Native Data Analytics & MDM Platform (SAP + Multi-Source)
About the Role
We are hiring a hands-on Principal Architect to lead the design and scaling of an AI-first Data Analytics Platform (DAP) with a strong focus on MDM and Data Governance.
This role will drive the architecture of a next-generation, AI-native platform that integrates and governs enterprise data across multiple systems, with SAP master data at the core.
You will play a critical role in transforming an evolving solution into a scalable, enterprise-grade AI platform.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend or platform architecture
- Proven expertise in large-scale, data-intensive systems
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures
- Hands-on experience with Java-based backend development
- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB or similar)
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL, and data processing systems
- Experience handling high-volume datasets (millions of records)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in MDM, Data Governance, or Data Quality platforms
- Exposure to SAP master data or ERP integrations
- Experience with AI-first / AI-native platform design
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI copilots, or intelligent automation
- Experience in SaaS platform architecture
- Background in enterprise data or analytics platforms
