Who We're Looking ForA Principal Architect who has 20+ years of diverse project experience and the confidence to walk into any room — client boardroom, site, or design studio — and own it. Someone who thinks in master plans, not just floor plans.

What You'll Actually Do HereLead Projects. End to End.
- Take ownership of large-scale, high-profile projects — from concept vision to completion and handover
- Drive design strategy, not just production
- Define project direction, timelines, and quality benchmarks for your team
Be the Senior Design Voice
- Develop bold, contextual architectural designs that balance aesthetics, function, and sustainability
- Guide the design narrative — from concept presentations to detailed execution drawings
- Work across AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other tools; but more importantly, lead the thinking behind them
Build and Mentor a High-Performance Team
- Grow and lead a team of architects, designers, and project staff
- Develop the next generation — your leadership philosophy becomes part of Medigence's design culture
- Collaborate with MEP, Structural, Landscape, and specialist consultants as the integrating design authority
Be the Client's Trusted Advisor
- Represent Medigence at client meetings, site visits, and stakeholder presentations
- Translate complex briefs into clear design responses; manage expectations with confidence and clarity
- Prepare concept presentations, BOQs, and design deliverables that win trust and repeat business
Drive Compliance and Quality
- Ensure all projects meet building codes, NABH-relevant planning standards, and sustainability benchmarks
- Oversee architectural plans, blueprints, and models with the rigour that comes from experience
What You BringMust-Have
- 20+ years of architectural experience across diverse project typologies (healthcare experience is a strong advantage)
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing large-scale projects independently
- Strong command of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of construction methodology, materials, and regulatory frameworks
- An impressive portfolio — projects that speak before you do

- Experience in hospital, medical college, or institutional design
- History of client-facing leadership — not just delivery, but relationship-building
