Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Principal Architect role based in New Delhi. As a Principal Architect, you will lead architectural design and planning, overseeing the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing innovative designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring seamless integration of various project components. You will also provide strategic guidance, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in conceptualizing and developing complex projects.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Integration for design technologies and tools.
- Demonstrated ability in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale architectural projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively guide a diverse team and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools is preferred.
- Degree in Architecture or a related field; advanced certifications are an advantage.
- Proven experience in leading architecture projects within the construction or design industry is highly beneficial.
