Role Summary
Looking for a hands-on Principal Architect with strong coding, system design, and cloud expertise to build and scale high-performance distributed systems while driving technical leadership and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-availability systems
- Lead system design (HLD/LLD) and technical strategy
- Resolve production issues & ensure system reliability
- Drive performance, scalability, and engineering excellence
- Mentor teams and enforce best practices across SDLC
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders
- Introduce AI/GenAI-driven development practices
Must-Have Skills
- Strong coding in Java / Go + React
- Expertise in Microservices, Kubernetes, Docker
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP
- Hands-on with Kafka, Redis, REST/gRPC/GraphQL
- Strong in system design & distributed systems
- Experience with APM tools (Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace)
- CI/CD & IaC (Jenkins, Terraform, ArgoCD)
- Experience handling high-scale systems (>500 TPS, 99.9% uptime)
Good to Have
- Domain-driven design, Telecom domain
- AI/GenAI, Data engineering exposure
