Principal Architect – AI-Native Data Analytics & MDM Platform (SAP + Multi-Source)

Hiring a system owner and architectural leader who will:
- Stabilize a buggy, scaling-sensitive legacy platform
- Define and drive scalable, AI-first architecture
- Own reliability, correctness, and performance end-to-end
- Influence technical direction across teams
- Operate with high ownership in ambiguous environments
You will be accountable for platform evolution — from stabilization to enterprise scale.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong system design depth (for complex data platforms)
- Proven experience stabilizing legacy or unstable systems
- Expertise in Java-based backend systems
- Experience with MongoDB or metadata-heavy systems
- Understanding of data governance, MDM, or data quality concepts
- Experience integrating AI into enterprise workflows (preferred)
- Strong ownership mindset and execution bias.
