Role: Principal AIML Architect
- 12+ years in software engineering; 8+ years in AI/ML systems
- Strong Python expertise with hands-on end-to-end ML lifecycle
- Mandatory: Architectural design & process flow for scalable AI/ML systems
- Design GenAI solutions (LLMs, RAG, multi-agent systems)
- Build, train, fine-tune, and optimize ML/LLM models
- Implement MLOps (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining, drift detection)
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, LangChain, LlamaIndex
- Work with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus) and embeddings
- Deploy via APIs, batch, streaming; cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Mentor teams, collaborate with stakeholders, drive innovation
