Job title - Principal, AI Initiatives Manager

Job Purpose
As part of the digital capability team, your mission is to drive the artifitial intelligence transformation in the Pricing domain
The AI Initiatives Manager drives the design, delivery, scaling, and adoption of AI initiatives in the Pricing domain to improve user efficiency, pricing effectiveness, and customer experience, while supporting margin improvement through better use of pricing levers and tools.
This role partners closely with the Digital Pricing Capability team, the AI Hub, the Global Pricing Domain (CXCT), product delivery teams, and country/business stakeholders to prioritize use cases, define a roadmap, and ensure solutions are implemented with measurable impact and strong adoption
Key Responsibilities
- Use case Definition and Validation
- Build a deep understanding of pricing and rebates processes and personas to ensure AI solutions address real operational needs
- Hold a leadership position, collaborating extensively with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business requirements and align all initiatives across the organization
- Align on strategic priorities, success criteria, and metrics while overseeing the development of a comprehensive roadmap to support the scale and success of the AI initiatives
- Technological watch and thought leadership
- Assess and evaluate emerging AI technologies and their potential application within the Pricing domain.
- Track software publishers’ progress and identify opportunities to augment value for pricing personas
- Communicate AI topics in a way that enables non-technical stakeholders and leaders to engage meaningfully and make decisions
c.Solution Design (with AI Hub and delivery teams)
- Ensure an end-to-end user experience that is efficient, consistent, and adoption-friendly for pricing personas
- Leverage the AI Hub’s expertise to incorporate best practices and the latest AI capabilities into the implemented solutions
- Co-own the build vs. buy assessment with the AI Hub, including recommendations and trade-offs
- Delivery and implementation
- Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of the AI solutions, including testing, deployment, and post-launch support, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration across departments, to deliver on time and within budget
- Work closely with the product delivery team, Domain, and countries to ensure the AI solutions effectively meet customer needs.
- Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and escalation paths across stakeholders
- Innovation and experimentation
- Apply your technical knowledge to conduct research, perform experiments, and develop innovative AI solutions in collaboration with our technology partners and AI HUB.
- Analyze complex operational data to identify trends and areas of improvement, developing and implementing AI models to optimize processes and workflows.
- Work in adherence to relevant policies, quality and compliance standards while having work reviewed as needed.
- Change, adoption and stakeholder management
- Co-lead change management and adoption strategies for the AI initiatives, collaborating closely with CXCT Global Pricing Domain to drive training and communication efforts targeted at key stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate the success of the AI solutions, tracking defined key metrics
- Regularly update stakeholders on the progress of the projects, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact the success of the solutions.
- Ensure teams are effectively onboarded and trained to maximize impact by designing and delivering AI training sessions tailored to business users and non-technical profile
Requirements
Education:
- Masters level/ MBA in relevant subject (multi-agents, Gen AI, Intelligent Process Automation, LLMs, PEFT, ML, etc.)
- 10-15+ years in technical and functional digital / data roles
- Prior experience in Schneider network in a Country/Operational Role
- Transversal (Cross BU, Cross Function) Work Experience
Other skills (e.g. language, technical):
- Strategic and innovative vision with good storytelling skills
- Mature individual comfortable in working without formal organizational reporting perimeter,
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong English. Ability to cooperate and work in multicultural environment
- Listening, negotiation, leadership, decision making
- Communication and teaching oriented, knowledge transfer ability. Support new content creation for training and employee development
- Multi-tasking ability – handling multiple projects in parallel
- Organized and structured
