What You’ll Do
- Own and architect end-to-end AI/ML systems (data → model → production → monitoring)
- Build and scale GenAI-powered products on a low-code/automation platform
- Design robust MLOps pipelines (CI/CD, versioning, retraining, monitoring)
- Deploy models as scalable APIs/services with high performance
- Work closely with product & engineering to solve real business problems
- Mentor teams and drive architecture decisions
What We’re Looking For
- 12+ years in AI/ML with strong hands-on system design & deployment experience
- Proven track record of building AI products from scratch (0→1)
- Strong experience in Python + ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc.)
- Solid understanding of data pipelines, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker/K8s
- Hands-on with LLMs / GenAI (RAG, fine-tuning, vector DBs)
Not a Fit If
- You’ve only worked on POCs or research models
- You haven’t deployed models into production
- You rely heavily on other teams for implementation
