<strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the developmental needs, interests, and learning styles of children </li>
<li> Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with children and families </li>
<li> Plan, organize, and manage classroom activities including lessons, play, rest time, and meals </li>
<li> Observe, track, and document student progress and communicate updates to parents </li>
<li> Support children in achieving developmental milestones </li>
<li> Design and implement engaging activities that promote social skills and self-esteem </li>
<li> Maintain clear, professional communication with parents and team members </li>

<strong>Qualifications:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> P-3 Certification required </li>
<li> Experience implementing the Creative Curriculum preferred </li>
<li> Commitment to ongoing professional development and training </li>
<li> Willingness to participate in staff meetings and training sessions </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Schedule:</strong><br> Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM <br><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Salary Range:</strong><br> $64,425 – $70,925 based on level of education and relevant experience. <br><br>
