</div><div>Primrose School of Leesburg is seeking a dependable, caring, and energetic Part-Time Bus Driver & Support Teacher to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, values safety, and thrives in a collaborative school environment.<br><br>
</div><div>The Part-Time Bus Driver & Support Teacher is responsible for safely transporting school-age children from local elementary schools to Primrose School of Leesburg during the school year, driving students on field trips, and assisting with supervision and chaperoning during off-campus activities. When not driving, this team member will support teachers in various classrooms as a Teacher’s Assistant.<br><br>
</div><div>Responsibilities<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Safely transport children from local elementary schools to Primrose School of Leesburg using the school bus </li>
<li> Follow all traffic laws, school transportation policies, and safety procedures </li>
<li> Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections </li>
<li> Supervise and ensure the safety of children during transportation and field trips </li>
<li> Serve as a chaperone during field trips and school outings </li>
<li> Assist teachers in classrooms with daily activities, transitions, and supervision </li>
<li> Help maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment </li>
<li> Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development </li>
<li> Communicate professionally with school staff, parents, and administration </li>
<li> Maintain required records and documentation related to transportation and student safety </li>
</ul><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required </li>
<li> Previous experience driving a bus or working with children preferred </li>
<li> Ability to actively engage with and supervise children throughout the day </li>
<li> Strong communication and teamwork skills </li>
<li> Must meet all state licensing and background check requirements </li>

<li> Part-time position: 12:00pm - 6:00pm <strong>OR </strong>2:00pm - 6:00pm</li>
<li> Afternoon hours during the school year for school pickups </li>
<li> Additional hours available during field trips, school breaks, and classroom support needs </li>
