</div><div>Primrose School of Berkeley Heights is looking for a dedicated and experienced Education Coach to join our leadership team. This full-time leadership role is ideal for a childcare professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting teacher development, operational excellence, marketing, and enrollment growth.<br><br>
</div><div>As an Education Coach, you’ll help drive teacher success, classroom excellence, and family engagement while also supporting key school operations and enrollment initiatives. Confident, supported teachers create safe, healthy learning environments — and you’ll play a vital role in helping both our staff and students thrive.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Inspire and encourage teachers by: </strong></div><ul>
<li>Supporting teachers across all age groups and classrooms </li>
<li>Conducting classroom observations and coaching teachers on curriculum implementation </li>
<li>Supporting the delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum </li>
<li>Assisting with onboarding, training, and mentorship of new teachers </li>
<li>Collaborating with school leadership to maintain educational excellence </li>
<li>Supporting the use of our exclusive digital curriculum platform</li>
</ul><div><strong>Additional Leadership Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Support day-to-day school operations and leadership initiatives </li>
<li> Assist with enrollment growth and prospective family engagement </li>
<li> Conduct school tours and support family communications </li>
<li> Assist with local marketing and community outreach initiatives </li>
<li> Support compliance, licensing, and operational standards </li>
<li> Partner with leadership to create a positive, professional school environment</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Qualifications</strong>:</div><ul>
<li> Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required</li>
<li> Previous childcare or early childhood education experience required </li>
<li> Previous preschool leadership experience required </li>
<li> Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills </li>
<li> Experience with school operations, marketing, or enrollment support is a plus </li>
<li> Ability to multitask and lead confidently in a fast-paced environment </li>
<li> Passion for early childhood education and team development</li>
