<strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO<br></strong><br>
</div><div>You will be a key player in both <strong>clinical care and clinic operations</strong>, supporting providers, patients, and procedures from start to finish.<br><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Clinical & Back Office<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Bring patients into rooms and prepare them for visits </li>
<li> Take vitals, history, and reason for visit with accuracy and speed </li>
<li> Perform injections, UDS, and routine clinical testing </li>
<li> Maintain clean, compliant, and fully documented patient charts </li>
<li> Assist providers during examinations and urgent needs </li>
<li> Ensure OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards are always followed </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Procedure Support<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Prepare patients for procedures and complete structured intake </li>
<li> Start and manage IV access using sterile technique </li>
<li> Monitor patients during procedures and recovery </li>
<li> Work closely with physicians and anesthesiology teams in real time </li>
<li> Assist with discharge, IV removal, and patient instructions </li>
<li> Make pre-procedure reminder calls and post-procedure follow-ups </li>
<li> Help coordinate smooth patient transport and flow </li>

<strong>Front Office & Coordination<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Answer and document patient calls with accuracy and urgency </li>
<li> Process prescription refill requests per protocol </li>
<li> Support prior authorizations and appointment scheduling </li>
<li> Keep patient flow organized and efficient across the clinic </li>

<li> Safe execution of IVs, procedures, and post-procedure care </li>
<li> Clear, professional communication with providers and staff </li>
<li> Maintaining compliance in every step of care </li>
<li> Keeping the clinic running smoothly—even on high-volume days </li>

<strong>WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA required) </li>
<li> Active BLS/CPR certification </li>
<li> IV placement training or certification </li>
<li> 2–3+ years Medical Assistant experience </li>
<li> 1–2+ years procedural or pain management experience preferred </li>
<li> Strong EMR experience and fast typing (40+ WPM) </li>
<li> Working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA standards </li>
