<strong>About the Role:</strong><br> We’re seeking a <strong>highly skilled, detail-oriented Hybrid Medical Assistant</strong> to support both <strong>clinical and administrative operations</strong> at our growing clinic group (Cellaxys / Primmed). This role is crucial to delivering <strong>high-quality patient care</strong>, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting physicians across front office, back office, and procedural settings.<br><br>

<strong>What You’ll Be Responsible For:<br></strong><br>
</div><div>
<em>Clinical & Back Office<br></em><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Room patients, obtain vitals, history, and reason for visit<br><br>
</li>
<li>Perform routine testing, intramuscular injections, and waived tests (including urine drug screens)<br><br>
</li>
<li>Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation<br><br>
</li>
<li>Assist providers during patient care and procedures<br><br>
</li>
<li>Maintain infection control, safety, and OSHA standards<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>
<em>Procedure Support<br></em><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Patient intake and preparation for procedures<br><br>
</li>
<li>Place IV lines using sterile technique<br><br>
</li>
<li>Monitor patients during procedures and recovery<br><br>
</li>
<li>Communicate patient status to physicians and anesthesiologists<br><br>
</li>
<li>Assist in emergency situations and coordinate patient transport<br><br>
</li>
<li>Conduct pre- and post-procedure calls and provide instructions<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>
<em>Front Office & Administrative<br></em><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Answer phones, process messages, and manage scheduling<br><br>
</li>
<li>Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations<br><br>
</li>
<li>Coordinate patient flow and maintain communication with clinical teams<br><br>
</li>
<li>Support other administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>What We’re Looking For:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>CMA or RMA certification required<br><br>
</li>
<li>CPR/BLS certification required<br><br>
</li>
<li>IV placement certification or training<br><br>
</li>
<li>Minimum 2–3 years of medical assistant experience; 1–2 years as procedure MA preferred<br><br>
</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills<br><br>
</li>
<li>Proficiency with EMR and typing ≥40 WPM<br><br>
</li>
<li>Experience in pain management, regenerative medicine, or multi-location clinics preferred<br><br>
</li>
