We’re Hiring: Primary Years Coordinator – CAIE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Primary Years Coordinator (CAIE) to lead the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of our Cambridge Primary Programme.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of the Cambridge Primary curriculum with fidelity and innovation
• Ensure alignment of teaching, learning, and assessment with CAIE standards
• Mentor and coach teachers to enhance instructional practices
• Oversee curriculum planning, classroom observations, and quality assurance
• Drive student achievement through data-informed strategies and interventions
• Manage assessments, reporting, and academic documentation
• Ensure compliance with CAIE requirements and support accreditation processes
• Engage with parents and contribute to a strong academic community
Qualifications & Experience:
• Master’s Degree in Education / relevant subject + B.Ed. (mandatory)
• 5–8 years of primary teaching experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Prior experience in a CAIE school is essential
• Strong understanding of Cambridge curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment
Key Skills:
• Instructional leadership and team mentoring

• Data analysis and student progress tracking
