Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Primary Teacher role located in Kolkata. The Primary Teacher will be responsible for creating and delivering lesson plans, teaching various subjects, fostering a positive learning environment, and monitoring student progress. Other day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining classroom discipline, communicating with parents or guardians, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the teaching experience. The role contributes to fostering holistic development in students and ensuring their academic and personal growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Lesson Planning and curriculum development
- Strong foundation in Education principles and best practices
- Effective Communication skills to engage with students, parents, and other educators
- Experience and confidence in Teaching and delivering lessons to primary-level students
- Capability in providing Training and facilitating classroom activities
- Passion for education, patience, and a nurturing attitude towards young learners
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata and adapt to the needs of a rural education environment
