Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Primary Teacher role located in Lucknow. The teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum and age-appropriate pedagogy. They will foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, assess and monitor student progress, and maintain open communication with parents and stakeholders. Collaboration with colleagues to align on teaching strategies and participation in professional development activities is also expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in Teaching, Elementary Education, and fostering student engagement in primary and early childhood settings
• Skills in Curriculum Development and adapting teaching materials to suit diverse learner needs
• Strong Communication skills for effective interactions with students, parents, and colleagues
• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; additional certifications such as B.Ed. are advantageous
• A passion for fostering holistic growth, inclusivity, and gender empowerment in students
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site school environment and connect with children of varying backgrounds
