Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhagalpur for a Primary School Teacher. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and guiding students in their academic and personal development. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching core subjects, assessing student progress, collaborating with colleagues and parents, and participating in extracurricular activities to enrich student learning experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience with Curriculum Development and understanding of Elementary Education best practices
- Strong Teaching and Communication skills to effectively deliver lessons and engage with students
- Background in Education or related fields, with the ability to foster a supportive and interactive learning environment
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for nurturing young learners
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field (B.Ed. is preferred)
- Previous experience teaching primary school students is an advantage
- Proficiency in creating a positive, inclusive, and dynamic classroom atmosphere
- Ability to work collaboratively with parents, staff, and the broader school community
