Primary School English Teacher (Classes III–IV)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Primary English Teacher to join our academic team for Classes III–IV.

The Role

This role involves planning and delivering English language and literacy instruction across Classes III and IV, fostering strong foundations in reading, writing, listening, and communication. The role demands both subject expertise and a genuine commitment to the developmental needs of young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver English lessons for Classes III–IV that are rigorous, well-sequenced, and aligned with the CBSE curriculum
• Build learners' command of reading comprehension, written expression, grammar, and oral communication through deliberate, structured practice
• Employ varied and contemporary pedagogical approaches to meet diverse learning needs within the classroom
• Assess student work with consistency and rigour; maintain accurate records of student progress and provide feedback that is specific, timely, and directed at measurable improvement
• Contribute to school-wide academic and co-curricular programmes as required

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, with a B.Ed. from a recognised institution
• 2 to 4 years of teaching experience at the primary level in a CBSE school
• Working knowledge of CBSE curriculum frameworks, NCF guidelines, and NEP 2020 principles
• Proficiency in integrating technology into classroom instruction
• Strong written and spoken English; the ability to model language use with clarity and precision
