🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents for student development
• Maintain discipline and ensure effective classroom management
• For Vice Principal: Oversee academic operations, mentor teachers, and support school leadership
🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant subject (B.Ed preferred)
• Prior teaching/leadership experience (as applicable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for education and student growth
