Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Primary English Teacher (Cambridge) at Sanjay Ghodawat International School, located in Kolhapur. The teacher will develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, teach English to primary-level students, assess student progress, and support their academic and personal growth. The role also involves fostering language proficiency, inspiring a love for literature, and maintaining a positive classroom environment aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.
Qualifications
- Skills in English Teaching and expertise in delivering lessons in line with the Cambridge curriculum.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and engaging students with innovative teaching techniques.
- Strong background in Education and Teaching practices, with a commitment to student-centered learning.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Preferred qualifications include Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or related fields, and a relevant teaching certification.
- Experience teaching in an international curriculum will be considered as an advantage.
- Ability to inspire young learners, manage a classroom effectively, and promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
