Role Overview:
At TRS, we believe English in the primary years is not just a subject — it is the foundation for expression, confidence and thinking. We are looking for a teacher who can help children speak, read, and write with clarity and ease, while making language learning enjoyable and meaningful.
What This Role Involves:
- Teaching English across Std I–IV with a focus on strong foundational skills
- Developing students’ reading, comprehension, writing and spoken language
- Creating opportunities for children to express themselves confidently
- Making lessons engaging through stories, conversations, and activities
- Building correct grammar usage and sentence structure in a natural way
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong command over English (spoken and written)
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Ability to simplify concepts and make learning engaging and relatable
- Patience and sensitivity while working with young learners
- A structured and organised approach to teaching
- A sense of ownership and consistency in the classroom
