Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE Primary Curriculum
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
- Foster a love for literature, storytelling, and creative expression
- Design differentiated lesson plans to cater to diverse learning needs
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain accurate student records
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic progress
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into classroom practices
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and create a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning and school activities
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in English / Education / related field
- B.Ed. (mandatory)
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in an IGCSE / IB / ICSE / CBSE school
- Strong command over spoken and written English
- Familiarity with Cambridge Primary / IGCSE framework preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skil
