Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site teaching role located in Sholinganallur. Teachers will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lesson plans, facilitating effective classroom instruction, and fostering a positive and motivating learning environment. Responsibilities include evaluating student progress, providing personalized guidance, and ensuring students achieve their academic and personal learning goals while adhering to the principles and values of Campus K.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education to design and deliver effective and innovative learning experiences
- Strong skills in Teaching and Training to engage students and foster an environment of curiosity and exploration
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues
- Passion for education and a commitment to the holistic development of students
- Bachelor’s /Master's degree in the subject-specific area
- Previous teaching experience is highly desirable
- Exposure to an international curriculum is preferred
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Knowledge of digital educational tools and technology is a plus
