Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pricing Specialist role based in New Delhi. The Pricing Specialist will analyze freight rates, market trends, and carrier contracts to develop competitive pricing solutions for FCL and LCL shipments. The role includes preparing quotations, coordinating with sales and customer service teams, and ensuring accurate and timely rate submissions to customers and internal stakeholders. The specialist will maintain and update pricing databases, negotiate rates with shipping lines where applicable, and monitor profitability and cost efficiency. The position also involves supporting business development initiatives by providing pricing insights and recommendations for key accounts and new opportunities.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, cost structures, and carrier rate agreements.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, carriers, and customers.
- Foundational finance skills to understand margins, cost components, and revenue implications.
- Customer service skills to respond to rate inquiries promptly and manage customer expectations.
- Sales-oriented mindset to support quotation success, conversion rates, and business growth.
- Knowledge of ocean freight, FCL/LCL concepts, and international logistics is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other pricing or CRM tools; ability to manage large datasets accurately.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
