Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Pricing (Freight Forwarding & NVOCC) position. The role involves preparing and managing pricing structures, negotiating rates, coordinating with carriers and partners to obtain competitive quotes, and creating pricing models tailored to customer requirements. The candidate will also provide support to the Sales and Customer Service teams by offering pricing solutions, ensuring smooth operations, and addressing queries related to pricing and freight forwarding services.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation
- Understanding of Forwarding and Export processes
- Strong Customer Service skills for client engagement and problem-solving
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in industry-related software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in logistics and pricing roles is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
