Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pricing Executive – Freight Forwarding based in Ghaziabad. The role involves creating and managing pricing strategies for freight forwarding services, handling client inquiries, and coordinating with carriers and internal teams to provide accurate rate quotations. The Pricing Executive will ensure competitive pricing while optimizing profitability and will also actively monitor market dynamics to propose adjustments to pricing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation
- Knowledge of Forwarding and Export processes
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to effectively handle client inquiries and provide solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in industry-specific software is an advantage
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
