Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pricing cum Customer Service Manager, located in Chennai. The responsibilities include preparing and managing competitive pricing strategies, maintaining customer satisfaction through proactive service management, resolving customer inquiries, and providing analytical insights to support decision-making. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and superior customer service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills
- Proficient Analytical Skills to assess trends, generate insights, and recommend strategic decisions
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively
- Proven ability to manage and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
- Experience in logistics, pricing strategy, or supply chain management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
