Job Title: Pricing Analyst Job Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret pricing data, including competitor analysis, customer demand, and market trends.
- Develop, evaluate, and recommend pricing strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
- Monitor key metrics such as margins, costs, and sales performance to assess the effectiveness of pricing models.
- Partner with procurement/sourcing teams to evaluate supplier costs and negotiate pricing terms.
- Prepare pricing models, forecasts, and financial scenarios to support business planning and decision-making.
- Support sales teams with pricing recommendations and provide guidance during contract negotiations.
- Create and maintain pricing databases, tools, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Present findings and insights to management, supporting strategic decisions with data- driven analysis.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, customer behaviors, and regulatory changes impacting pricing. Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or business analytics for at least 2 years.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in Excel.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and cost analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex data insights to non- technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
