Key Responsibilities
As a Pricing Manager at Treebo, you will own the P&L (RevPAR and CoS) for a specific portfolio of
properties. You will drive topline growth and margins by optimizing pricing, managing inventory
controls, and strategically balancing the channel mix across Web, OTA, B2B, and Sales teams.
This role requires a blend of sharp data analytics, market intuition, and strong stakeholder
management.What are we looking for -
● P&L & Revenue Optimization: Own and optimize RevPAR and Cost of Sales (CoS) for your
assigned inventory segment. Ensure all property units achieve their monthly targets and
demand is evenly distributed.
● Pricing & Inventory Control: Execute day-to-day dynamic pricing and inventory
management strategies. Implement adjustments to maximize both occupancy and
margins across all distribution channels (Web, OTA, B2B, Assisted/Local Sales).
● Market Analysis & Strategy: Analyze property performance, demand patterns, and
competitor positioning. Partner with local on-ground teams to understand market
specifics and refine pricing relative to local competition.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate the revenue vision and strategic
objectives clearly to all sales channels. Collaborate with operations and sales teams to
streamline rate distribution and manage group block activities.
● Stakeholder Management: Develop revenue proposals and present complex data
insights in an easy-to-understand manner to Commercial and internal Treebo leadership
team.
What we are looking for
● Experience: 4–5 years of experience in Revenue or Pricing Management, Category
Management, or as a Cluster/Segment Revenue Manager. Familiarity with modern
Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and hotel distribution channels is highly preferred.
● Team Leadership: Proven experience leading a small team in past roles (though this
specific role operates primarily as a high-impact individual contributor).
● Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset. Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google
Sheets is a must to analyze consumer behavior and market trends.
● Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships across
departments and pitch strategies to stakeholders.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a
related field.
● Location: Candidate should be Bangalore-based or ready to relocate to the corporate office.
