Talent Associate

As a Talent Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team. This position is dynamic and integral in enhancing our recruitment processes, ensuring a top-tier candidate experience, and facilitating a seamless onboarding process across our global operations. In this role you will get to: Manage the global pre-onboarding processes for new Priceliners in collaboration with HR Operations and IT teams. Coordinate global orientation schedules, with a specific focus on conducting orientation sessions in our Mumbai office. Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stages. Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a positive and engaging experience throughout the process. Provide exceptional service to hiring managers and interviewers, including C-level executives, by managing expectations and facilitating smooth recruitment operations. Handle event logistics for virtual and in-person interviews, coordination, administrative support and follow up. Assist with various Talent Acquisition projects and tasks as required.
