PriceLabs is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Employer Branding Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who is passionate about storytelling, social media, and creating engaging content.
Responsibilities:
- Content to showcase culture, team experiences work environment via blogs or videos.
- Work with the social media team to distribute the content.
- Monitor Glassdoor and similar sites to build and sustain a presence.
- Work between Recruitment and the social media team to produce hiring-related stories.
- Encourage the team to share their stories/journeys and document them.
- Conduct CSAT surveys for candidates interviewed.
- Apply for relevant awards that elevate the PriceLabs brand as an employer.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in employer branding.
- Review/research relevant places to pitch founders/team members for interviews to elevate the employer and team brand.
About You:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Passion for employer branding and a keen interest in understanding company culture and values.
