Remote Senior (Applied) Data Scientist

The company operates in 11 markets across Europe, Asia, and North America, providing precise property valuations and market intelligence. The Property Intelligence Tribe is responsible for delivering insights for informed real estate decisions, including property value assessments and market trend tracking. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will design, implement, and maintain Automated Valuation Models (AVMs) for assessing residential property values. You will develop product features that drive revenue growth and navigate cost-value trade-offs to deliver customer value. Your role includes implementing solutions for over 10 countries while considering local specifics, leading projects from concept to launch, and improving the performance of ML models and pipelines. You will maintain and monitor ML systems, communicate effectively with cross-functional partners, and write clear, maintainable code. A growth mindset and continuous learning are essential, along with over 3 years of industry experience in machine learning and production ML pipelines. AI fluency is required, with daily use of AI tools in your development workflow.
