As a Manager in Customer Pricing and Profitability, you will lead client-facing teams within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on delivering strategic pricing solutions that enhance customer profitability. You will leverage your skills in managing client accounts and driving engagement workstreams, while fostering meaningful client relationships and navigating complex challenges.
As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior staff, guiding them through strategic planning and execution to meet client expectations. You are accountable for project success, maintaining timelines, and delivering quality outcomes. Your leadership style will inspire and motivate teams to embrace innovation and technology, contributing to the firm's broader business strategies and values.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for analyzing client needs and implementing methodologies that align with our firm's standards. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, and completion, while upholding professional and technical standards. Responsibilities
- Leading client engagements in pricing and profitability strategies to drive business transformation
- Developing and implementing pricing models and strategies to maximize customer value and profitability
- Analyzing market trends and conducting price/performance analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Utilizing pricing software to optimize promotional pricing and revenue maximization efforts
- Managing project budgeting and resource allocation to support client objectives
- Engaging with stakeholders to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills in customer strategy and pricing trends
- Conducting profitability management and profit and loss analysis to support client growth initiatives
- Collaborating with teams to deliver innovative solutions in customer value proposition development
- Monitoring sales and market share to identify opportunities for profitable growth
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
