About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our product team in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will take ownership of major product initiatives, participate in leading the development of PDQ’s A/B testing platform, AI-driven personalization tools, and eCommerce optimization features. You will be responsible for defining strategy, prioritizing roadmaps, and delivering solutions that drive real business impact for Shopify merchants. Responsibilities:
- Be on the leading team of the development of PDQ’s A/B testing platform, ensuring a scalable, merchant-friendly solution for experimentation.
- Define and implement AI-powered personalization strategies to improve customer engagement, conversion rates, and post-purchase experiences.
- Work closely with engineers and data teams to build robust experimentation and analytics frameworks.
- Shape the product roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term strategic vision.
- Use data and insights to drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) and checkout improvements.
- Conduct competitive analysis to ensure PDQ remains a leader in eCommerce tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product adoption and go-to-market execution.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS, eCommerce, or AI-driven platforms.
- At least 2+ years of experience in A/B testing methodologies, experimentation design.
- Proven track record of delivering AI-powered personalization and recommendation features.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
- Experience in data analytics and defining KPIs to measure product success.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and checkout performance enhancements.
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, observability tools, and performance monitoring.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA) in eCommerce.
- Familiarity with microservices architectures and scalable SaaS platforms.
