You will be attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. Your goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests, ensuring they will want to return and ultimately strengthening our reputation.</div><div><br></div><div>As a Room Attendant, your responsibilities will include providing fresh towels, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms. You will also respond to guests’ questions and make sure the rooms are fully-stocked, clean, and inviting at all times.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><ul> <li>Perform various cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, making beds, replacing towels, etc</li> <li>Carefully inspect all rooms to ensure they meet the hotel’s high standards</li> <li>Report any damages to the rooms</li> <li>Respond to requests and/or guest complaints with professionalism and patience</li> <li>Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessary</li> <li>Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulations</li> </ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul> <li>Proven experience as a housekeeper, cleaner, or room attendant preferred</li> <li>Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance</li> <li>Friendly, customer-oriented personality</li> <li>Good organizational skills and an eye for detail</li> <li>Able to work quickly without compromising quality</li> <li>Able to be on your feet all day with light lifting</li> </ul> </div>
